GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

My offers are valid for 3 months. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Offers include one 1-hour for corrections per phase (concept, finalization). An hourly rate of Euro 90.- (excl. VAT) is applied to my services.

Third-party services, such as printing costs, are charged directly to the client. The client is responsible for the rights of use of the geodata, texts, images, graphics, provided.

Terms of payment: 30% of the full amount as per the offer will be invoiced after the conception phase, another 70% after project completion.

mnutzDesign e.U. reserves the right to subcontract some of the services offered to suitable subcontractors and reserves the right to use the work done for the client for its own advertisement purposes (web presence).

The "Uniform Terms and Conditions of Austrian Advertising Agencies" in the current edition and those of the Illustratoren Organization (http://www.io-home.org/leistungen/recht/agb/) form the basis of the General Terms and Conditions.
