SDO - Self-Organising and Developmental Organisations
The central idea of SDO: although many organizations set out to become agile, many run into trouble, and many more seek a safe path towards greater agility. This is what SDO aims to accomplish: a safe, evolutionary rather than revolutionary route.
The central assumptions are: if you aim for self-organization / agility etc., take small steps. For each step towards self-organization, our systems require a further step towards the development of people and culture.
